He died in FROM 1487 TO 1490 in France.
His wife is not known. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their four known children were Jacques (1485-1544), André (<1486-<1517), Jean (<1486-<1549) and Étienne (Thienot) (<1486-<1515).

Gervais Tremblay (de la Poterie) was a blacksmith. He received the authorization on December 20, 1486 from the holy order of the Abbaye de la Trapper to build a blacksmith shop. The order rented a piece of land to Gervais Tremblay at a cost of "20 sols" annual rent on February 18, 1487.
