Constance was born about 1320 in Lilburn, Northumberland, England, the daughter of unknown parents.
She died about 1349 in Cymru.
Her husband was sir Alan Heton, who she married in ABT 1336. The place has not been found. Their only known child was Joan (c1342-1416).
