The precise parentage of Guicharde is not known but, as explained in the document BURGUNDIAN NOBILITY, it is most likely that she was the daughter of one of the siblings of Humbert [IV] de Beaujeu, Pontia the first wife of Guillaume [IV] Comte de Vienne et de Mâcon being the most likely possibility.
